My career as an Infant and Multiples Nanny has laid the groundwork for my personal approach towards sleep and what ways a baby may need support. Each and every unique family and child created a space for me to be creative and think outside the box at times. Most importantly I got to truly know the infants in my care and was able to navigate and meet their needs with gentle guidance. Juggling the needs of multiple infants and creating a space where the family is well rested is achievable. This is where my ReST program comes into play. It's a crash course so to speak in my getting to truly know your infant. This is where I find my skill set and time most valuable. Observing your baby and the way they communicate and respond to the world around them is the key element to this program. I’m continuing to learn and expand my knowledge on sleep science and am an eager learner to stay up to date on all things sleep. Science only takes us so far. Observation and intuition are where I shine. I'm a firm believer in the authentic uniqueness of your baby and strongly believe in this approach. Sleep programs and strategies are not one size fits all in my opinion.
